The School Day

School starts at 8:55. Children need to be on the yard for 8:50. Please ensure your child is on time as it causes them great stress if they are late.
Morning break – 10:00
Lunch – 11:55
Afternoon school –12:40
Home time – 2:55

Lunch Time

Dinner money - £8.00 to be paid every Monday.
Healthy school meals are available with choices of hot and cold lunches.
Packed lunches must be healthy!
You must inform Lisa if you wish your child to change from a packed lunch to a school meal or vice versa.

Important Days

PE – Monday and Thursday – PE kit consists of; appropriate footwear, shorts, T-Shirt. Ear rings must be taken out for your child’s safety and the safety of others.

Children are responsible for their own  personal belongings and PE bags.

Homework

Monday – spellings given out for a test on Friday.
For Literacy and Numeracy homework will be set as appropriate.

ISP targets for summer term:

Home Reading

School has purchased a new reading scheme, exclusively for use at home. These are set at your child’s reading level.
Reading logs can be filled in by parents and the class teacher.
Reading bags cost £1.75
Replacement books, bags or reading logs will be charged for.

Please Help!

Please ensure that all jumpers and coats have your child’s name clearly visible.
If your child is absent from school, please send a note or inform the office.
